DESIGNING IMPRESSION offers different online and digital services for business and corporations. Clients agree to buy or hire one or more than one service at a time. Clients can order for services such as logo design, website design, mobile app design, website development, mobile app development, online marketing and printing service. We issue you a quote based on your specification and affordability. After placing the order, if you ask to add or modify the order requirements, we will charge extra for that. DESIGNING IMPRESSION has the right to adjust or dismiss the order. The reasons can vary from non-payment to non-communication.
Being a client or buyer of our service, you agree to pay the partial or full amount of the order at the time of placing the order. You also agree to pay the remaining about of the order before the final delivery of the order. You also agree that the quoted amount does not include the sales tax and at the time of checkout, you will pay the quoted amount plus up to 6% sales tax. You also agree to make the payment for the order via different online payment mode including Bank Transfer, PayPal, and CashApp.
After making the order, if you wish to cancel the order based on any ground or reason, you can send us a cancellation request via email. We will entertain your cancellation request only if you make the request within 12 hours after making the order. If a cancellation request is made after 12 hours and order is processed, the order will not be cancelled. If you request for cancellation within 12 hours, we will process your request and will refund your order amount in 3 to 4 business days. You agree that you will bear the cancellation fee that is between 10% and 15%.
You agree to make the refund request only when you do not receive the order on the deadline. You can also request for the refund if the delivered project is not up to the mark or standard. Once your request is received, we will evaluate the evidence and determine if your claim is right and how much refund you qualify for. You also agree to claim a refund within 7 days of placing the order. No claim will be entertained if made after 7 days of delivery. You agree to furnish a valid reason for the refund and provide evidence for that. DESIGNING IMPRESSION holds the right to turn down any refund claim for no reason.

For this purpose, we collect only those data that are important such as your name, email id, phone number, and project details. We use this information for contacting you and delivering you the desired work. We assure that your personal information will not be sold, published or shared with the third party.
